Just exactly how do you know when brie has gone bad? I left some brie in the fridge–I can’t remember how long it’s been in there–and decided I would eat the rest of it. The only problem was that it smelled ripe. But, I don’t think it smelled any different than brie usually smells, just like ten times more intense. Anyway, I feared for my health and just ended up pitching it.
