Chicago Murder Capital Once Again

Chicago has regained its former title as murder capital of the U.S. Los Angeles briefly took the title away from Chicago in 2002, but Chicago managed to take the title back in 2003. The murder rate in Chicago has been steadily declining in recent years, but apparently not fast enough.
