Have you read the book? My aunt said it looked good, but I remember it had a hefty price. Is the website free?

I haven’t read it. I’ve seen it at the bookstore, but I haven’t brought myself to plunk down the $60 or so that it costs. It’s a pretty hefty book–probably not the type of book you’d want to read cover to cover.
The website is free. Check it out.
