End of the line for the Comcast guy
The Comcast technician that was caught on video sleeping at a customer’s apartment was fired. A regional vice president from Comcast called the customer and sent out a team of technicians to fix the customer’s problem. It’s unfortunate that it took this much public humiliation to get Comcast to provide an acceptable level of customer service.
