Verizon’s “unlimited” EVDO data plan is actually very limited. Verizon will unceremoniously terminate your account if you run afoul of the hidden limits in their “unlimiited” data plan. Verizon’s terms of service includes prohibitions for most streaming media. This is particularly appalling when you consider that Motorola demonstrated the Q running the Sling player at its launch when it had an exclusive agreement with Verizon to carry the phones. Verizon still has exclusive rights to carry the Q.
Apple has just released a bluetooth version of the Mighty Mouse. Sorry non-Mac users. It’s only available for the Mac now. For you unboxing fetishists, unboxing photos are available at Engadget.
